people often call me “a spark plug.” i am a change agent who firmly believes companies must enact fundamental shifts to transform into life-giving organizations. i strive to share my contagious energy, drive, passion, and strategic wit as the forces behind get cultured (formerly get trifecta), a platform dedicated to help SMBs create people-first corporate cultures, and musicasa, a soon-to-be-launched online marketplace and music community for LatinX up and coming artists and music lovers to connect and experience intimate and exclusive concerts in people’s homes.
i am also an award-winning advertising and communications executive. i’ve spent 10 years working at global and local agencies leading the strategic, creative, and media planning for larger than life brands such as snickers, m&ms, pedigree, bacardi, pantene, cover girl, and downy for US hispanic, latam, central america, and caribbean markets.
recently, i took a break from my career and invested in a 10-month self-funded sabbatical to rediscover my purpose in life and redefine what work and life means to me. i visited every continent except antarctica, participated in co-working retreats, joined the gig economy, “experteered” with moving worlds, led creative, fitness and dancing workshops, trained for and ran my first marathon, and rested a lot. the trip quickly became my “life mba” and the human research that today inspires the foundation of my new venture.
